Abstract: The molecularly imprinted polymer with persantin as template molecule was prepared by molecular imprinting technique using α-methacrylic acid as a functional monomer and EGDMA as a cross-linker. The influence factors for elution efficiency, such as raw material ratios, fore-reaction time and reaction time etc are discussed in detail. The results show that the polymer has the highest elution efficiency when raw material mole ratios(n(Persantin):n(MMA):n(EGDMA)) was 1:8:80; The adsorption efficiency and selectivity were investigated, the imprinted polymer had higher adsorption efficiency and higher selectivity compared to the blank polymer which had the same chemical composition; The adsorption (amount) of the best imprinted polymer was to be 26.85 μmol/g which therefore correspond to 49.7% of the theoretical amount.
Template and target information: persantin
