Abstract: Molecular imprinting, an emerging technique for preparing synthetic polymers with molecular recognition, is developing rapidly in these years. The technology is used extensively in chromatogram separation, solid phase extraction, drug analysis, environment monitoring, bio-mimetic sensors and catalysis. Influential factors of capabilities of combination and recognition, one important performance of molecularly imprinted polymers, are analyzed particularly in the paper.
