Abstract: Molecular imprinting, based on mimicking specific action of antibody-antigen,is an emerging technology in recent years.Which is used extensively in chiral separation,bio-mimetic sensors, solid phase extration and antibody mimics.Suspension polymerization is the most common way in the preparation of molecutarly imprinted polymeric microspheres. The influencing factors on particle size and its distribution of molecularly imprinted polymeric microspheres prepared by suspension polymetization are discussed.
