Abstract: The rheological behavior of P (AN-co-MAA) molecularly imprinted cast solution with the template molecular of uracil (URA) was investigated by dynamic rheological technology. The results show that: the viscosity of the copolymer cast solution depends very little on frequency when the oscillation frequency is below 1.263 Hz, however, it decreases drasticly with the increase of frequency when the oscillation frequency is over 3.47 Hz; when the concentration of URA is 1%, the viscosity of the cast solution reaches its maximum and decreases greatly with the growth of frequency. As the URA concentration within the range of 1%-3%, the viscosity of the cast solution increases with increasing of URA concentration, and decreases with the increase of temperature, and becomes more sensitive to temperature changes with higher URA concentration
