Abstract: Temperature-sensitive molecular imprinting is a new branch coming into being in recent years. Temperature-sensitive molecularly imprinted polymer is featured with its low rate cross-linkage and the responsive binding capacity and selectivity to template molecules according to surrounding temperature. In this paper the temperature-sensitive molecularly imprinted polymers based on N-isopropylacrylamide are reviewed, and the current problems in developing temperature-sensitive molecular imprinting technology are also pointed out
