Abstract: Chloromycetin is a type of wide spectra anti-bacteria medicine, but its remnant in the animal foodstuff imposes great threat on the human health. International organizations and many states as well as regions all over the world have attached great importance to this issue. Advantages for the monitoring the Chloromycetin remnant by piezoelectricity sensor include no need for radioactive material and short time for pretreatment. Hence, to synthesize manual simulative antibody, called molecular imprint polymer for Chloromycetin, is of great importance. On the 10 μL piezoelectricity sensor electrode, molecular imprint polymer responding to Chloromycetin is prepared. Experimental result indicates that imprinting polymerization reaction process is the second order reaction
