Abstract: Molecularly imprinted materials (MIMs) represent highly stable and selective materials, which are well-suited for sensing applications. In this contribution we present a gas phase sensor utilizing MIM thin films deposited on microacoustic Love wave devices. The latter offer one of the highest sensitivities that can be achieved with microacoustic devices. We outline the device configuration and present experimental results illustrating the high sensitivity that can be achieved.
