Abstract: The formation mechanism of molecularly imprinted polymer (MIPs) and its application, the principle of molecularly imprinted sorbent immunoassay are introduced in detail and reviewed in this paper. The application of radio-labeled molecularly imprinted sorbent immunoassays, fluorescence labeled molecularly imprinted sorbent immunoassays and enzyme-linked molecularly imprinted sorbent immunoassays in the determination of medicine and pesticide are presented.
