Abstract: Norfloxacin molecular imprinting polymer and template polymer membrane with Norfloxacin-polysulfone blending were prepared by noumenon polymerization with Norfloxacin (NFXC) as template molecule, Methacrylic acid (MAA) as functional monomer and Trimethylolpropane Trimethacrylate (TRIM) as crosslinking agent. The structures of Norfloxacin molecular imprinting polymer were measured and confirmed by spectra of FTIR and TEM, respectively. The combinative characteristic and mechanism of molecular recognition membrane were studied by scan electro-microscope (SEM) and combinative equation experiment. The results showed that the molecular recognition membrane put up highly selectivity for Norfloxacin
