Abstract: 1-Methyl-2,4-bis(N'-n-octadecylureido)benzene (MBB) was used as a gelator. A mixture of 2-ethylhexyl acrylates (EHA), methyl methacrylate (MMA) and polyethylene glycol dimethacrylates (PEG200DMA) was used as solvent in the presence of template and initiator, MBB can self-assemble in this solvent mixture to form entangled nano-sized fibrillar aggregates. ultimately turn the solvent mixture into stable supramolecular organogels. After polymerization by UV initiation and removal of MBB aggregates and template by ethanol extraction, a novel imprinted polymerized organogel membranes was obtained for the absorption of D- and L-phenylalanine. The effects of MBB concentrations, template concentrations and mass ratio of monomers on the adsorption efficiencies were investigated. The results indicate that the adsorption efficiencies for L-phenylalanine were 3 similar to 4 times higher than that for D-phenylalanine, exhibiting distinct selective adsorption
