Abstract: Chloromycetin is a type of wide spectra anti-bacteria medicine, mainly used for chemical coloring such as greasepaint, gasoline and floor wax. It is classified as one of the three carcinogen by International organizations (IARC). So many states as well as regions all over the world attach great importance to this issue. It is of great importance to find out ways monitoring the Chloromycetin remnant by piezoelectricity sensor, with no need for radioactive material and short time for pretreatment. Hence, to synthesize manual simulative antibody, called molecular imprint polymer for chloromycetin, is significant. On the 10 μL piezoelectricity sensor electrode, molecular imprint polymer responding to chloromycetin is prepared. Experimental result indicates that imprinting polymerization reaction process is the second order reaction
