Abstract: Armillarisin A molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) based on photografting surface-modified polystyrene beads as matrices and 2-vinylpyridine as the functional monomer and Armillarisin A as the template was prepared. The functional monomer and the ratio between the template and the functional monomer were selected by the optimum from fluorescent spectra methods. The adsorption nature and the imprinting efficiency were studied by fluorescent method. The results showed that the MIP has specific adsorption nature to the template molecule and the apparent imprinting efficiency E., was 48.6%
