Abstract: Molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) microspheres were prepared via precipitation polymerization with TNT as template, acrylamide as functional monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as crosslinker and acetonitrile as solvent. The interaction between the TNT molecule and the function monomer was determined by UV-visible adsorption spectrum. Equilibrium adsorption experiment was carried out to examine the binding ability of the MIP microsphere. The results showed that MIP microspheres prepared have specific binding affinity on template molecules and the ability to selectively recognize for TNT molecules.
