Abstract: The method for synthesizing chloramphenicol molecularly imprinted polymer (CAP-MIP) and its optimal preparation conditions were studied. The surface structure of CAP- MIP was characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The effects of the template to functional monomer ratio on the adsorptivity capacity of CAP-MIP were examined. The CAP-MIP was used as a filler for the solid phase extraction column. The selective adsorption of the column was then evaluated by the milk containing trace amount of CAP. Experimental results showed that the adsorptivity capacity was 4670 μg/g.
