Abstract: Using ciprofloxacin as template molecule,methacrylic acid and 4-rinylpyridine as functional monomer,a kind of molecularly imprinted polymer(MIP) was prepared by a molecular imprinting technique.The molecularly imprinted polymer was investigated in equilibrium binding experiment to evaluate its adsorption property and selective recognition.Scatchard analysis showed that two classes of binding sites were formed in the imprinted polymer under the studied concentration.The selective binding experiments for substrates indicated that the imprinted polymer exhibited higher selectivity and affinity ability.
