Abstract: In this paper, using cefalexin as template molecule, bulk or suspension polymerization as synthetic method, different molecularly imprinted polymers(MIPs) were synthesized and characterized with rebinding experiment.Connection between template and functional monomer and absorption of molecular imprinted polymer for cefalexin were also studied.Their recognized characteristics were studied. The results showed that the imprinted polymers taking acrylamide as functional monomer and methanol as solvent obtained the highest binding capacity for CFL.The binding amount reached 29.6mg/g and the particularity factors achieved 3.29.
Template and target information: cephalexin
Author keywords: cefalexin, Molecularly imprinted polymers, Bulk polymerization, suspension polymerization
