Abstract: Molecularly imprinted polymer of Ligustrazine Hydrochloride(MIP) was synthesized by aqueous micro-suspension polymerization,using Ligustrazine Hydrochloride as the template molecule,acrylic acid and modified rosin as the functional monomer and the cross-linking agent,respectively.The major factors that influence the characteristic sorption for Ligustrazine Hydrochloride were discussed,and the selecting sorption properties of the MIP were evaluated by HPLC.The results showed that the prepared polymer exhibited high sorption capacity for Ligustrazine Hydrochloride and good specific recognition ability.It's likely to be a novel material for selective enrichment and determination of trace Ligustrazine in traditional Chinese medicines.
