Abstract: A molecular template synthetic polymer highly selective for m-nisoldipine was prepared by a molecular imprinting technique. The selective binding characteristics of the template polymer were evaluated by Scatchard analysis and ultraviolet spectrometry. The results showed that the its dissociation constant was estimated to be Kd=1.523×10-3mmol/L.The selectivity binding experiment for substrates indicated the polymer gave a high affinity and selectivity for m-nisoldipine.
Template and target information: m-nisoldipine
Author keywords: molecularly imprinted polymer, m-nisoldipine, substrate selectivity, molecular recognition
