Abstract: Selective gold-nanoparticles molecularly imprinted polymers solid phase extraction(MISPE)for indomethacin from different water samples was development.Using indomethacin(IDM)as template molecule,acrylamide(AA)as functional monomer and ethylene glycoldimethacrylate(EGDMA)as cross-linker,the MIPs embedded with gold-nanoparticles was synthesized by bulk polymerization.The antibody against IDM was immobilized on the surface of MIPs via the embedded Au-nanoparticles.The MIPs were characterized in terms of rebinding property with analyte,selectivity and extraction of target analyte from water samples by the column packed with the novel MIPs/Au-Ab.The extraction conditions of MISPE column for IDM were optimized.
