Abstract: Molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) was prepared by the method of bulk polymerization under different ratios between template molecular and functional monomer, using diniconazole as template molecule, methacrylate acid (MAA) as functional monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EDMA) as crosslinker.Adsorption of diniconazole was examined by static adsorption test and conducted by Scatchard analysis.from Scatchard analysis it showed that diniconazole template molecule and functional monomer MAA formed one type of binding site, binding site dissociation constant KD=0.117mmol/L,the apparent maximum binding capacity Qmax=38.66 μmol/g.
Template and target information: diniconazole
Author keywords: Diniconazole, molecular imprinting polymers, adsorption property
