Abstract: A molecularly imprinted polymer was prepared by molecular imprinting technique using parathion as the template, epoxy resin as the monomer, diethylenetriamine as the curing agent and polyethylene glycol as the pore forming agent. The characteristics of selective separation and preconcentration of parathion and its structural analogs on the polymer were examined.Polymer was used to extract the parathion in the Napa Cabbage. The results indicated two different kinds of recognition sites in the MIP,and the MIP showed specific affinity toward parathion. Determination of parathion could be realized within 10 min by using C18 column with methanol-water(volume ratio of 70:30) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and 20 μL of injection volume at an absorption wavelength of 270 nm.
