Abstract: The ciprofloxacin molecularly imprinted monolithic columns were synthesized by in-site polymerization.The effects of different functional monomers and the content of water in mobile phase on the separation were systematically investigated.And the prepared molecularly imprinted monolithic columns were applied to the separation of the ciprofloxacin from its analogues in animal plasma.The results show that under the optimized conditions the resolution of norfloxacin and ciprofloxacin is 4.64,and the resolution of levofloxacin and ciprofloxacin is 2.47.The method had a good separation effect and can be used for quinolones residue analysis in biological samples.
