Abstract: The CAP was extracted by MSPD using molecularly imprinted polymer of CAP,the clean procedure was performed using HLB solid phase extraction cartridge and the quantitative analysis was carried out by HPLC.The clean effect of MSPD was examined.The results indicated that the limit of detection(LOD) and limit of quantity(LOQ) were 0.15 and 0.50 ng/mL respectively under optimum conditions.The developed method was applied to the determination of CAP in milk,the recoveries of different quantities of CAP are above 93.2%,and the relative standard deviations(RSD) is below 5.9%.This method possesses the merits of convenient operation,high sensitivity,good repeatability,and no need for abundant solvents,which is a feasible method for analysis of CAP in milk samples.
