Abstract: Molecularly imprinted polymer of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride was prepared by using methacrylic acid as the functional monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as the cross-linker. Using prepared MIP as the recognition material and ciprofloxacin-Ce4+-SO3-2 chemiluminescence system, a molecular imprinting-chemiluminescence method was established for online concentrating and determining ciprofloxacin hydrochloride. The linear range of the method was 5.0×10-7~5.0×10-5 mol/L. The detection limit was 5.2×10-8 mol/L, The method has been applied to the determination of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride in fish and urine samples with satisfactory results.
