Abstract: A novel chemiluminescence(CL) chlorpromazine microfluidic sensor on a chip based on chlorpromazine-molecularly imprinted polymer on line accumulating chlorpromazine was described.The microfluidic sensor cell with 8 mm long,1 mm wide and 0.5 mm deep was filled with chlorpromazine-MIP for on line selective adsorbing chlorpromazine.The CL reagents,including luminol and ferricyanide,were syringed into the microcell,then the enhanced CL signal was detected.The enhanced CL intensity is linear with chlorpromazine concentration from 0.02 μg/mL to 0.4 μg/mL.The detection limit is 8 ng/mL.The relative standard deviation is less than 5% for determination of 0.2 μg/mL chlorpromazine(n=7).The microfluidic sensor has been successfully applied to the determination of chlorpromazine in human urine.
