Abstract: A molecular imprinting polymer with high selectivity for triadimefon was prepared by a molecular imprinting technique. The selective binding characteristics of the imprinting polymer was evaluated by Scatchard analysis. The multiple-sites binding model was used to calculate the maximum number of binding sites and the dissociation constant. The results showed that the imprinting polymer using methacrylic acid(MAA) as functional monomer could form two kinds of binding sites. The dissociation constants were estimated to be K-1=(7.89×10~(-4)) mol/L and K-2=3.53×10~(-3) mol/L.The selective binding experiment for substrates indicated that the polymer gave much higher affinity and selectivity for triadimefon than for triadimenol and imidacloprid. It's possible to be a good way in selective enrichment and determination of trace Triadimefon in complex samples.
