Abstract: To prepare the molecular imprinted membrane with high capacity of specifically Absorbing the template molecules and to explore the voltammetric techniques for chloramphenicol succinate(HS-CAP) test,HS-CAP molecular imprinted polysulfone membrane was made by two link-coupled procedures of polymerization that initiated by ultraviolet light and by phase inversion technique.The Absorptive characteristics of the imprinted membrane were studied by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and electrochemical method.The results showed that imprinted membrane made in this study could effectively Absorb HS-CAP molecules when it was tested by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and electrochemical method.
