Preparation and recognition of nifediprne molecularly imprinted polymer.

Abstract: Objective Molecularly imprinting polymer against Nifediprne (MIP)utilizing methacrylic acid or acrylamide as combined functional monomer were prepare on condition of heating. Methods Study on effect on the Nifediprne imprinted polymer synthesized with different functional monomers. Results The results showed that MIP [Nifediprne] prepare on the condition of heating had good selectivity against Nifediprne. Conclusions The next application is to separate,enrich and detect Nifediprne clinically.
