Abstract: The principle of molecular imprinting technique and designs selective sites in templated poly-mers by taking advantage of coordinative bonds as advance driving force were introduced.Recent achieve m-ents and research status on coordinative bonds, which was used to recognition of amino acids, proteins and other templates were surveied.Additionally, its development on biomolecule templated materialtowards enzyme-like catalysis in the up-coming years were also summerized.
