Abstract: The measurement of glycated proteins, such as glycated hemoglobin, is essential in the glycemic control of diabetes mellitus. We have previously reported an artificial enzyme sensor for fructosyl amine compounds utilizing synthetic polymers. In this study, we report the construction of molecularly imprinted polymer using fructosyl amine compounds as the template molecules, and investigation of their molecular recognition properties.
