Abstract: By using molecularly imprinted technology(MIT),molecularly imprinted nano-polymers was prepared from Bisphenol A(BPA) as the template molecules,2-vinylpyridine as the functional monomer. Its adsorption property was evaluated by batch adsorption experiments, and the selectivity of the polymers for substrate was investigated by solid-phase extraction column packed with the molecularly imprinted polymers. The results showed that the polymers exhibited high affinity for BPA and good selectivity among the tested compounds.Scatchard analysis demonstrated that two different classes of the binding sites were formed in imprinted polymer which had different affinity to BPA.The favorable association constant for BPA binding to be KB =1.78 × 105 L / mol.Density of the BPA-specific receptor sites in the MIP material was 7.23 μmol / g.It indicated that this was a new way for the selective separation, enrichment and determination of trace BPA in complex biosamples.
