Abstract: SpA-Molecularly imprinted polymer microspheres were prepared by inverse suspension polymerization using Staphylococcus aureus protein A as template and acrylamide as functional monomer. The polymer under different conditions was evaluated by using ESEM to select the best technology. The adsorption property of SpA molecularly imprinted polymer was detected. The results show that the best condition are that EC is 0.20 g/100 mL Tol,The ratio between toluene and water is 10:3 crosslinking degree is 10%,initiator adding manner is dropping, the reaction temperature is 50 °C.The adsorbance of SpA molecularly imprinted polymer microspheres prepared by inverse suspension polymerization is 6.956×10-3 μmol/g.
Template and target information: protein, Staphylococcus aureus protein A, SpA
