Abstract: A molecularly imprinted solid phase extractant, particularly for the recognition of methyl parathion was prepared using methyl parathion as the template and in situ step-addition polymerization. The characteristics of selective separation and preconcentration of methyl parathion and its structural analogs on the column were examined.Using polymer solid-phase extract the methyl parathion in the honey. The results indicated that different kinds of recognition sites in the MIP and the MIP showed specific affinity toward methyl parathion.Using C18 reversed-phase column, mobile phase as methanol-water(volume ratio of 85:15),the velocity of flow was 1.0 ml/min,detection wavelength was at 270 nm.
