Abstract: Molecularly imprinted polymer(MIP) was synthesized with P-Aminobenzoic acid as the template,2-vinypyidine as the functional monomer in methanol-water system and was evaouated by high efficient liquid chromatography.P-Aminobenzoic acid and its analog(P-phenylenediamine) were separated well with the prepared polymer as a stationary phase.Influences of concentration of water in the mobile phase on separation were studied, and the results showed that hydrophobic interaction was the major interaction force in molecular recognition.
Template and target information: p-aminobenzoic acid
Author keywords: molecularly imprinted polymer, P-Aminobenzoic acid, HPLC
