Abstract: Monolithic molecular imprinted polymer (MIP) of triadimenol was prepared by using methylacrylic (MAA) as functional monomers. The MIP had special recognition performance and seperation of triadimenol and its analogues, which was used to be the stationary phase of the high performance liquid chromatography. Triadimenol and its analogues were seperated in the MIP column (50 mm x 4.6 mm, i.d.), by using of CH3OH:H2O was 3:7 (by vol) as mobile phase with flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The stationary phase of MIP had good selectivity for triadimenol at aqueous mobile phase.
