Abstract: Theophylline molecules imprinted and non-imprinted interpenetrating polymer networks composed of sulfonated polydivinylbenzene and polydivinylbenzene (PDVB-SO3H/PDVB IPNs) were synthesized by suspension polymerization of divinylbenzene swelling into sulfonated polydivinylbenzene beads with the existence of porogens. Inspected the reaction time, the dispersing agent and the adsorption medium to its adsorption performance influence. The result indicated that the adsorption equilibrium time is 24 hours, the best dispersing agent is 3% NaCl, 1% PVA; Moreover CHCl3 resin has "the leveling effect" to theine member signature PDVB-SO3H/PDVB the IPN, but the water has "the discrimination effect" to the resin.
