Abstract: In the study, dimethomrph molecularly imprinted polymer(MIP)was prepared using dimethomrph as a dummy template and chloroform as a porogen. The experimental results showed that the optimum molar ratio of template, functional monomer(MAA)and cross-linker(EDMA)was 1:4:20.And by using bulk polymerization and suspension polymerization prepared MIPs,exploraed the differents, advantages and disadvantages of the two ways.As the filler of solid phase extraction, the MIP was get into solid phase extraction column. Its application was evaluated.
Template and target information: dimethomorph
Author keywords: dimethomorph, imprinted polymers, molecularly imprinted solid-phase extraction
