Abstract: A molecularly imprinted polymer possessed highly selective for p-hydroxyacetophenone was prepared by molecular imprinting technique with acrylamide(AM) as the function monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EDMA) as the cross linker. The binding characteristics and recognition ability of the molecularly imprinted polymer(MIP) were studied by static adsorption equilibrium method and Scatchard analysis. The results showed that the dissociation constant(Kd)and the maximum apparent binding capacity(Qmax) were 0.415 mmol/L and 144.79 μmol/g,respectively.The infrared spectrum of the polymer further indicated that there were some characteristic groups in the molecularly imprinted polymer which could interact with the template.
