Abstract: Molecularly imprinted films(MIF) with specific recognition sites for Chloramphenicol succinate(HS-CAP) were prepared on screen printed electrodes by photopolymerisation. The superficial characteristic of the MIF was investigated using scanning electron microscope(SEM).A conductometric sensor system for detecting HS-CAP was constructed by incorporating the screen printed electrodes covered with MIF into electrode slots of a conductometer.Calibration curve for HS-CAP was established and determination of HS-CAP in milk samples was conducted, using the conductometric sensor system. The sensors based on MIF showed high selectivity to HS-CAP and the response of MIF-sensors to concentration of HS-CAP displayed a linear correlation over a range from 0.2 mg·L~(-1) to 1.0 mg·L~(-1) with a detection limit of 0.05 mg·L~(-1).The recoveries of 94.3%~98.5%were obtained for HS-CAP in milk samples.
