Abstract: Theophylline molecularly imprinted membrane(MIM) was prepared by thermal initiated free radical polymerization on the surface of PVDF hollow fiber membrane.SEM was used to analyze the surface morphology of the membranes before and after polymerization. The polymeric layer in the MIM was proved by SEM and methanol flux experiments. The modules were assembled to detect the MIM's separation performance for THO and TB.Meanwhile, the effect of concentration and acetic acid content in extraction solution on the filtration results was discussed. And it showed that the selectivity of the MIMs decreased with the increase of the concentration of the initial solution and the acetic acid content in extraction solution.
Template and target information: theophylline
Author keywords: theophylline, theobromine, PVDF hollow fiber membrane, membrane chromatography
