Preparation of malathion imprinted polymer and its application for solid-phase extraction.

Abstract: A malathion molecularly imprinted polymer acted as a solid-phase extractant has been synthesized by in situ step-addition polymerization.The characteristics of selective separation and pre-concentration for malathion,methyl parathion,parathion and methamidophos were examined on the polymer.The malathion in the honey, vegetable and natural water was extracted via using the polymer.The results indicated different kinds of recognition sites in the MIP and the MIP showed specific affinity toward malathion.Flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,and the sampling volume was 20 μL.
