Abstract: To prepare solid phase extraction(SPE) column of molecularly imprinted polymer(MIP) which can present a specific recognition to Nipagin A.Nipagin A MIP was synhesized by bulk polymerization,SPE capability was characterized through equilibrium adsorption experiment and SPE experiment.Eye drops was determined by UV method.The adsorption capability of Nipagin A MIP was stronger than that of Non-MIP.The extraction efficiency by MIP-SPE was 95.1%.The Nipagin A content in eye drops was 0.0265%.Nipagin A MIP presented a good specific recognition to Nipagin A and SPE column showed good selectivity.It can be applied to drug,food and cosmetics test fields.
