Abstract: Objective To prepare water-solubility L-cysteine molecular imprinting microsphere. Methods Using L-cysteine were used as the template molecule,2-acrylamide-2-methyl propanesulfonic acid were used as the functional monomers and trimethylolpropane trimethylacrylate as crosslinker. Results The MIPS showed specific binding affinity to L-cysteine,temperature and dispersing agent affect grain size. Conclusion Molecularly imprinted polymers microsphere grain size can control and even, the relationship between grain size and dispersing agent depth or temperature is negative correlation.
Template and target information: L-cysteine
Author keywords: molecularly imprinted polymers microsphere(MIPS), L-cysteine, suspension polymerization
