Abstract: Objective To prepare water-solubility L-cysteine molecular imprinting microsphere.Methods Using L-cysteine were used as the template molecule,2-acrylamide-2-methyl propanesulfonic acid were used as the functional monomers and trimethylolpropane trimethylacrylate as crosslinker.Results The MIPS showed specific binding affinity to L-cysteine,temperature and dispersing agent affect grain size.Conclusion Molecularly imprinted polymers microsphere grain size can control and even,the relationship between grain size and dispersing agent depth or temperature is negative correlation.
