Abstract: L-phenylalanine molecular imprinting polymer microballons(P) were synthesized by polyreaction using L-phenylalanine (1), α-methacrylic acid (2), azo-bisisobutyronitrile(AIBN) and trihydroxy methyl propane acrylic ester(3) as a template, functional monomer, initiator and crosslinker, respectively. The surface topography and size of P were characterized by SEM.The optimal preparation conditions at 70 °C for 7 h were as follows: reactants were of 1 of 250 mg, AIBN of 100 mg, 2 of 0.4 mL, 3 of 14.5mL; stirring speed was 150 r·min-1.P exhibited better saturated adsorbent capacity(Q=6.0 mg·g-1) and better selectivity(a=2.4) under optimal preparation conditions.
