Abstract: Molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensors(MIECS)can selectively recognize the target molecules,so it has a good prospect in the fields of environmental monitor, drug detection, pesticide residue detection, etc. In this paper the selection of functional monomers, methods for fabricating sensing films in preparation of MIECS and types of MIECS are reviewed. The problems in the research of MIECS are analyzed, and the prospects of application of MIECS are discussed.
