Abstract: [Objective]The aim was to prepare molecularly imprinted polgmeric microspheres for naringin with one-step swelling and polgmerization,and determine the absorption capacity of it.[Method]One-step swelling and polgmerization was used to prepare the MIPMs,and UV spectrum and a balanced combination method was used to identify the action of MIPMs.[Resutl]The absorption capacity of MIPMs was strong,and the separation factor was 1.85 with naringin as sabstrate.[Concluion]MIPMs,which had strong absorption capacity could be used to isolate and purify naringin.
