Abstract: The MIP was synthesized with ciprofloxacin or Sarafloxacin as template using bulk polymerization, and high performance liquid chromatography was employed to study the recognition property and separation and influencing factors as the stationary phase chromatographic of the resulting MIP, and the prepared molecular imprinting stationary phase was used in High Performance Liquid Chromatography, the stationary phase recognition of template elements with a specific identification capability to meet the expected separation effect.
