Abstract: The MIP was synthesized with sarafloxacin as template Using bulk polymerization, and high performance liquid chromatography was employed to study the recognition property, separation and influencing factors as the stationary phase chromatographic of the resulting MIP. The stationary phase recognition of template elements with a specific identification capability to meet the expected separation effect.
