Abstract: Chlorogenic acid imprinted polymer (MIP) micropheres were prepared by precipitation polymerization method using chlorogenic acid as template, acrylamide as functional monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) as cross-linker and AIBN as initiator, respectively. The influence of the amounts of solvent, functional monomer, initiator and cross-linker on the polymer behavior in the rebinding of the template was discussed. The molecularly imprinted polymer prepared under the conditions of 50 mL of porogen, 0.25 mmol template compound, 1 mmol MAA, 10 mmol EGDMA and 12.23 mg initiator, is of the highest binding capacity to the template molecule.
