Abstract: The molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) was prepared with racemic Cefradine as template and synthesized (S)-(1-phenylethyl)-methlacrylamide as chiral functional monomer. The selective recognition ability of MIPs was studied by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).The molecularly imprinted polymers as stationary phase has good chiral resolution ability to Cefradine enantiomers .Three Racemic amino acid ramification molecularly imprinted polymers were prepared by the same method, but the relevant substances did not get resolution. The comparison showed: If preparation of molecularly imprinted polymer with racemic cefradine as template is carried out, the template molecules needs four function places at least.
Template and target information: cefradine
Author keywords: molecularly imprinted polymer, Cefradine, chiral functional monomer, Function places
